David Chang Set to Open a Momofuku in Los Angeles

 

According to Eater Los Angeles, after opening Majordomo as his first LA restaurant in January 2018, Ugly Delicious host David Chang will debut his lauded Momofuku Noodle Bar in West Hollywood along La Cienega Boulevard some time in 2019.

 

Though the Momofuku empire has dozens of restaurants spread across North America and even Australia, this is technically only the fourth Noodle Bar to open, with the second nestled into the ground floor of a three-story project in Toronto and another slated for Time Warner Center in Manhattan. Noodle Bar’s menu centers mainly around ramen, though its signature pork buns might be the restaurant’s most famous dish. Anyone who was looking for those famous pork buns (as well as the very tasty shrimp buns) at Majordomo will finally get their fill with this new Noodle Bar.
