Restaurant VOLO is located in Downtown Rochester, NY beside the former Xerox Tower. A restaurant whose menu focuses on personal-sized wood-fired pizzas unlike the restaurant before them, which served only breakfast and lunch. The previous restaurant was called Café Sol which opened in 2018 and closed down last summer.

Prior to opening as Café Sol, the space was renovated at a high cost of around $650,000. For many years the space sat vacant which resulted in needing new fixtures, furniture, sound system, water service and restrooms. When VOLO took over it involved further renovations, including an unforgettable addition of a wood-fired oven imported from Italy.

VOLO currently has dozens of restaurant equipment and furniture up for auction. Beer taps, wine coolers, dishwashers, mixers, POS Stations and much more are listed on RestaurantEquipment.Bid. This auction has limited time to place bids, as it closes Thursday, September 17th, 2020 at 10:00 AM (ET). Everything starts at $1.00 with no reserves.
